RTMF: UK’S biggest RTM case

The Right to Manage Federation (RTMF) assisted the Lessees of Metro Central Heights in winning their RTM case. This is the largest case of its kind, to date.

The development of 422 leaseholders, is currently managed by Consort Property Management.

This LVT decision will now allow the RTM to find new representation and have more control over the management of the development. The full decision can be found here
