Earlier this month membership reached over 10,000 branches.

The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPO) offers free, independent and impartial dispute resolution services to consumers who are dissatisfied with the services provided by registered firms.

The TPO has the power to ensure a consumer is compensated where if their complaint is upheld. Further the TPO can award damages of up to £25,000.00 for actual quantifiable loss and or for aggravation, distress and inconvenience caused as a result of actions of a registered firm.
